Statement

In referencing Fasher’s work for her solo exhibition at Bathurst Regional Art Gallery in 2015, Dr Michael Hill (National Art School, Sydney) wrote: “Making things with your hands expresses an intelligence that is different and more fine-grained than conceptual thinking. One has to feel- literally, feel- something into being via practical and spirited dialogue with the material.”
