Welcome to the Snowy Valleys Sculpture Trail with over 50 sculptures by artists from 13 countries around the world in 12 locations in the towns, vineyards and forests across 150km of the Snowy Valleys in southern New South Wales. A 1km sculpture walk along the Adelong Creek that leads to the historical Adelong Falls Gold Mill Ruins.
Along Pioneer Street, within Reedy Creek Park and in the town centre, and in front of the Country Women’s Association in Toc H. Park adjacent to the Batlow Hospital, including a Shop Art Installation on Selwyn Street.

Laurel Hill
Two large sculpture installations at Laurel Hill, next to Batlow Road on the Snowy Valleys Way between Batlow and Tumbarumba,
Pilot Hill Arboretum
Three very different sculptures, including one by Batlow local artist Robyn Sweeney, at Pilot Hill Arboretum, among historic plantings of a diverse range of trees dating back to the early 1900s; and
Alpine Ash Walk
Eight sculptures (with more to be added) along the stunning, 1.5km Alpine Ash Walk at Pilot Hill Arboretum. The Alpine Ash Walk is a moderate difficulty walk that takes 35-50 minutes to walk depending on your level of fitness.
Warning: There is very limited mobile phone coverage in the Pilot Hill Arboretum area. Please be mindful of the direction in which you arrived so you can drive back the way you came when you leave. The artworks in the Sculpture Forest contain many unseen and unpredictable hazards that cannot be removed or controlled. These may be exacerbated during periods of extreme weather – fire, flood, wind, and rain. Because of this you are entering the forest at your own risk. Other forest hazards include, but are not limited to, overhead hazards from tree limbs and uneven or slippery surfaces.
All vehicles must be registered, and drivers/riders licensed. All drivers and riders must stay on formed roads and trails. Make way for heavy vehicles. Sculpture by the Sea and its employees are not responsible for any damage caused to your person or property.

Tumbarumba is one of the most exciting wine regions in Australia. Three of the vineyards and wineries have cellar doors to visit, while Courabyra Wines has an exceptional restaurant.
Please note, in winter, each of the cellar doors is either closed or has different opening hours. Visits can sometimes be arranged by appointment.

Please note, the sculptures at Johansen Wines can be viewed at anytime as they are visible from the street and are lit each day for fours hours from sunset.
