To enter all you need to do is take a photo of one or more of the sculptures in the Snowy Valleys Sculpture Trail before the end of winter this year and upload the photo to Instagram or Facebook, or alternatively submit it by email, as detailed in the Terms & Conditions below.
The photographer of the winning image will be invited to join the photography team for Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi 2026 (16 October – 2 November 2026). The prize includes two nights’ accommodation in Bondi and the standard fee paid to photographers engaged for one day to photograph the exhibition.
The winning photograph will also be announced and published in the About Regional and Region Riverina platforms. The winning photograph will also be featured in Head On Photo Foundation Online Magazine.
Simply snap a photo (or multiple) of a sculpture on the Snowy Valleys Sculpture Trail and post it to Instagram or Facebook by following the below steps.
Step 1: Take a photo of a sculpture in the Snowy Valleys Sculpture Trail.
Step 2: Upload your photo to Instagram or Facebook by 11.59pm (AEST) on August 31 2026 with the tags @snowyvalleyssculpturetrail and #snowyvalleyssculpturetrail (Instagram and Facebook privacy settings must be set to ‘public’ for us to retrieve your photo). To ensure we don’t miss your entry, please direct message your post to us as well.
Step 3: Follow both of our Instagram accounts @snowyvalleyssculpturetrail and @sculpturebythesea
Alternatively, you may enter by emailing up to six original photographs to [email protected]. This form of entry does not require you to complete Steps 2 and 3 above, and your submission may be featured on our social media accounts.
