Getting There & Around

BUS AND TRAIN

There are regular Transperth bus and train services to Cottesloe Beach. For more information on these services refer to Transperth timetables. For more detailed information to assist you with your trip planning please visit http://www.transperth.wa.gov.au

FREE RAIL TO BEACH ‘COTT CAT’ SHUTTLE BUS – DIRECT TO ‘ SCULPTURE INSIDE’

The Cott Cat is a free one way shuttle bus service that runs between Cottesloe train station and Cottesloe beachfront.  The shuttle will meet every train from Cottesloe train station on the Perth to Fremantle line between 10.30am to 6.00pm daily for the duration of the exhibition, and will return to the station from Cottesloe beachfront at 15 minute intervals. Parking at the beach is hard to find on busy weekends so we suggest parking your car at the Cottesloe Station and catch the Cott Cat to and from the beach. This year the Cott Cat will also stop on Jarrad Street for those visiting the Sculpture Inside exhibition in the clubhouse at Sea View Golf Club.

COTTESLOE SHARED PATH

The 2.8 kilometre shared path extension along the Fremantle rail line from Grant Street Station to Victoria Street Station in Cottesloe offers improved safety and accessibility between Cottesloe and Perth City for cyclists.

PICNIC PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF ZONE

To make picnicking amongst the sculptures a little easier, the Town of Cottesloe offers a picnic drop-off and pick-up zone on Marine Parade near Indiana.  This zone operates Monday – Saturday, 5pm – 7.30pm during the exhibition period. Please look for street signage as marked – and we ask that cars only remain for 3-4 minutes, with Council fines applying thereafter.
