In the lead-up to our four day Snowy Valleys Sculpture Trail – Sculpture, Food & Wine Long Weekend (27-30 April), we were pleased to showcase the Snowy Valleys Sculpture Trail and the region to Hon. Paul Fletcher MP, Shadow Minister for Science, Arts, Government Services and the Digital Economy.

Jina Lee, artist from Fremantle in WA, met with Shadow Federal Minister for Communications and the Arts, The Hon Paul Fletcher at Batlow pictured here with Jina’s sculpture ‘And Spring Again’, after it was installed. Paul was on a tour of the Snowy Valleys Sculpture Trail meeting artists and locals. The Hon Paul Fletcher also met with Cathy Gairn, of Courabyra Wines, Tumbarumba, pictured in front of Haruyuki Uchida’s sculpture ‘Thinking Red’; with Councillor Ian Chaffey, Mayor of Snowy Valleys Council in front of Marcus Tatton’s ‘Habitat’ in Tumbarumba; and had the pleasure of meeting Tom Southwell, of Johansen Wines, Tumbarumba, in front of Norton Flavel’s sculpture ‘And Another.’
