Thanks to NRMA Insurance we are pleased to reinstate aspects of our school education program for Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi from 17 October – 3 November.
For the several thousand school students and their teachers who will visit this year’s exhibition, the NRMA Insurance School Education Program offers free online education materials on the exhibition and sculptures in the links under the Resources title. We recommend you print these to assist you on your self-guided tour.
Visiting schools are asked to please use the information on the excursion information page on where your school’s bus is to drop off the students, park and return to pick up the students, the exhibition map, and how to register your school so teachers receive a free exhibition catalogue and information on the education program marquees that are available on a first come basis as shelter in Tamarama Park.
While highly subsidised artist-led sculpture-making workshops and tours won’t be available this year due to the limited time we had after our funding was secured, we hope to bring them back in 2026.
School groups are invited to still visit Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi on a self-guided tour. Please register using the link below.
As school programs are scaled back this year, the Teachers Preview will not be taking place. We look forward to bringing this program back in the future and welcoming teachers once again.
