Sculpture by the Sea has done a risk assessment for COVID-19, in consultation with WA Health.  The risk as assessed today (14 March 2020) in attending Sculpture by the Sea, Cottesloe is considered to be extremely low.  The event is in the open air and close contact over any period of time is largely within family and friendship groups.  Our staff and volunteers have been reminded of the importance of hand hygiene and will continue to regularly use hand sanitizer. They are aware of the need to stay at home if they are unwell.  Where possible we ask the public to pay for catalogues and caps, or to make the $5 voluntary contribution on entry, by using our tap and go machines.  We intend to continue with the exhibition and our schools program as planned, until 23 March.
