For the 17th year running, international law firm Allens is supporting Sculpture by the Sea’s People’s Choice Award.

Allens People’s Choice Award gives visitors the opportunity to vote for their favourite sculpture, with the winning artist receiving $5000.

Voters also go in the draw to win one of three Sculpture by the Sea prize packs valued at $500 each.

Last year’s winner was Gillie + Marc Schattner’s Buried Rhino, which doubled as the Kid’s Choice Prize Winner.

To make sure your favourite sculpture gets its due recognition, pick up a voting form on site at the catalogue and information marquees or visit allens.com.au/sxsvote to vote online.

To vote via Instagram, post a photo of your favourite sculpture and tag #allenspeopleschoice as well as the sculpture number and make sure your profile is set to public.

With a proud history of supporting the arts in Australia, Allens began collecting unique and challenging artworks by relatively unknown Australian artists in the mid-1970s. Since then, its collection has grown to more than a thousand works, including works by Louise Tuckwell, David Bromley and Gloria Tamerre Pettyare.
