The Town of Cottesloe sculpture acquisition for 2015 was announced on Sunday 22 March, by the Mayor of Cottesloe Jo Dawkins.
Two of the sculptures exhibited at Sculpture by the Sea, Cottesloe 2015 will be acquired into the renowned public collection.
The artworks selected for the acquisition were ‘Lucky country’ by West Australian artist Norton Flavel and ‘Sea anemone’ by New Zealand artist Rebecca Rose. The works will join 13 other sculptures publicly installed and enjoyed by the local community.
