Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi 2016 Call for Artist Submissions!

We are now inviting artists to submit applications for the 20th anniversary Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi to be staged along the spectacular 2km coastal walk from Bondi beach to Tamarama beach in Sydney, Australia from 20 October – 6 November, 2016.

Applications open until Tuesday 26 April 2016 for the online application or Friday 22 April 2016 if you are posting your application to us

Awards & Subsidies Include

Four Helen Lempriere Scholarships of $30,000 each open to Australian sculptors
Three Clitheroe Foundation Mentorships of $10,000 for young emerging Australian sculptors
The Wallace Arts Trust New Zealand Sculptor Award for a New Zealand artist of NZ$7,000
The Dick Bett Memorial Invitation for a Tasmanian artist of $5,000

Current Resume (in word document or .pdf format. No more than 2 pages and 10mb per applicant. Group submissions to be complied into single document)

At least 1 and up to 3 digital images (photos, drawings, mockups etc.) of the work, or proposed work that you are submitting (must be combined into a single zip file of no more than 10mb)

Up to 6 digital images of previous works (must be combined into a single zip file of no more than 10mb)

All information about the artwork you are submitting including dimensions, and weight etc.

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) on hand
