As a Major Partner of Sculpture by the Sea, Cottesloe 2026 Alcoa is providing vitally important funding for the staging of the exhibition as a free to the public event.
We thank Alcoa for 21 years of continuous support for the artists and the highly subsidised School Education Program that has seen nearly 40,000 students participate in addition to the estimated additional 6,000 students who will visit the exhibition this year.
Aluminium is the essential metal that Alcoa Australia produces, favoured by many sculptors as it is strong, light weight and has non-corrosive properties. Be sure not to miss the Alcoa Aluminium Sculpture Trail that will include works by 14 of the exhibiting artists from across Australia and India who have used aluminium in their sculpture.
The Alcoa Aluminium Sculpture Award of $10,000 will be announced at the Media Launch on the opening day of the exhibition, with the recipient artist to accept the award. |
