When the 11th annual Sculpture by the Sea, Cottesloe landed on the shores of Perth’s most iconic beach, one of the city’s highest acclaimed accommodation providers opened their doors to organisers, artists and visitors. Cottesloe Beach House Stays manage short term rental properties in and around the Cottesloe Beach area and according to Managing Director Allison Manners, their role is far more than attracting guests into beachside houses and apartments.

“We are very proud of Cottesloe as a destination and it is a pleasure to share it with the tourist community. This event combines the natural beauty of Cottesloe Beach with creative forces from around the globe; culminating in a breathtaking world class art exhibition.”

To further demonstrate their support, Cottesloe Beach House Stays is proud to be a 2015 Corporate Donor, in addition to providing discounted accommodation to numerous exhibition staff.

“We have been overjoyed at the response from our property owners to assist in providing discounted accommodation to organisers and artists during this event. It is truly a community approach and we are delighted to be a part of it. I would particularly like to thank John and Susan Stewart, Hazel and Jeff Carr, Tim Minchin and the National Trust of Australia (WA) for their generosity toward this event.””

As a leading property management company, Cottesloe Beach House Stays oversees some of the suburb’s most iconic properties, ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom luxury homes.

The Cottesloe Beach House Stays team wishes all the artists, event organisers and visitors a successful exhibition and a wonderful experience in Cottesloe.
