With the storm warning for Perth on Saturday we are taking precautions by removing parts of the sculptures that might be vulnerable if the winds reach the predicted 100km/hour gusts. We are also moving some of the sculptures that are closest to the water’s edge in case the seas are as high as predicted as a lot of sand would be removed by the waves.
The sculptures will be reinstated on Monday so if you visit in the meantime most of the exhibition will be as it always is with a handful of works altered in the interests of safety.
