Promoting the work of artists is at the core of what we do at Sculpture by the Sea and this takes a dedicated and gifted team who all give their ongoing support in one way or another. We wanted to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to our wonderful team and acknowledge some of our long term staff and those who have recently left us due to the arrival of new babies!

As we celebrate and acknowledge artists who join the Decade Club (Matthew Harding – In Memoriam, Dale Miles, John Petrie, Michael Purdy, Ron Robertson-Swann) and Double Decade Club (Keizo Ushio who joins Orest Keywan as the second member), we also welcome Davina Corti, our Director Sculpture Sales and Acting General Manager, to the Decade Club and celebrate her work on 10 Sculpture by the Sea exhibitions at Bondi. Thank you Davina for your outstanding efforts!

Other long term staff who we want to thank for their hard work, passion, professionalism and dedication include: Di Caskey, our Design Manager, who has worked with us over the past 14 years (and recalls the time our exhibition catalogues were printed in black and white); Petra Pattinson, our Schools Education, Access & Inclusion Program Manager, who started with us in 2008 (but has had a couple of years working in the UK so doesn’t yet qualify for Decade Club); Andrew Williams, General Manager – Finance & Administration, who started in 2012; and Suzie Clark, Production, Ella Hayes, Sculpture Sales Business Manager & Philanthropy Coordinator, Chris Roberts, Exhibition Accounts Manager and Philip Wadds, Site Manager who all joined the team around 5 years ago.

We have several new additions to celebrate! Long standing staff member Louise Gilligan and former National Sponsorship Manager Meg Gold have both welcomed their second children whilst our Founding Director, David Handley, celebrates the arrival of his first-born child. We wish them many congratulations and all the best with their new babies.
